Director's Credentials

 The director, Samantha

God gave Samantha (preferably goes by Sam=)  the love to write, and began writing short stories at the age of 7 and 8.  By 10 she had produced a play, with her mother as the director, about a King and Queen and performed it at their church.

Later that year she wrote her first book, Butterfly Island, the story line being, a girl that travels into a fairy world to save them from something they could not save themselves from...the Gospel interwoven into it;
And wrote it into a script format performed it also at their church with the help of many friends.

At the age of 13 she wrote her first novel, Sunshine on Her Face, a historical fiction set in the pre-Civil War era, filled with the wonder of forgiveness for a father who's abandoned his wife and daughter for 11 years, and one girl's search for her purpose in life...beyond the scrubbing of potatoes.

About a year later, her mother was the teacher of a Drama Class and Samantha made her book into a script and performed it with the students at that church.

By age 15, she was ready to take up the challenge of trying out another novel, and after many failed attempts at finding a story line that suited her, she finally found her match and wrote As the Galloping Horse, in a timeline of about three months, but got it finally edited and published in March 2014.

She has also had 10 years of ballet and dance experience with a dance program, in which she performed in a huge ballet performance that they put on once every two years, dancing in such shows as; Hinds Feet on High Places, Wrinkle in Time, Rigoletto, Velveteen Rabbit, and most recently, Helen Keller.

While she has also enjoyed in playing parts in other smaller scale dramas, her current pursuit is a professional prima ballerina career, while above all, wanting to please the Lord and bring Him all the glory through each pursuit that she follows.  ;)
